I had the privilege of collaborating with a Chinese restaurant owner to revamp their mobile app, aiming to elevate their sales and delivery services. Recognizing the growing importance of digital platforms in the food industry, the business owner sought to create a seamless and engaging experience for their customers, driving both online orders and in-store visits.

Objectives:

  1. Increase Sales: The primary goal was to boost sales by offering a user-friendly platform for customers to browse the menu, place orders, and make payments effortlessly.

  2. Improve Delivery Services: Enhancing the delivery experience was crucial to cater to the growing demand for convenient food delivery. Streamlining the ordering process and providing real-time tracking were key objectives.
